Offerings
Suitable for all levels. A moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. We move from breathwork to meditation to different poses and hold each for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, and backbends with the opportunity for inversions. Vinyasa brings you to that place of being fully absorbed and highly focused on what we are doing.
Vinyasa Flow Class
Active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, lower and upper back. Perfect for those who spend most of their day sitting while working. Most poses are done on the floor and held for 1-2 minutes. Holding poses for longer periods of time and focusing on the breath allows the body time to fully relax and open.
Deep Yoga Stretch
Corporate wellness consisting of movement and meditation catered for your organization to promote wellness and tranquility in stressful work environments.
