Pardip was first introduced to yoga when she was 7 years old and has been practicing on and off over the years. Her passion for yoga and wellness led her to create KaurHealing where she explores the graceful movement of the asanas and the flow of energy as it moves through the body. Her goal is to encourage fitness and wellness in everyone.

Pardip’s Yoga Teacher Training, ongoing Applied Compassion Training at CCARE in Stanford University, and self-practice has helped her develop a multifaceted approach to encourage a yogic way of life through carefully curated wellness services.

Pardip believes that Yoga is not about landing a specific pose or flow, it’s about the journey you take every time you step onto the mat and close your eyes to commit to becoming a better human than you were the day before. It’s a journey of self-discovery and acceptance of yourself just as you are. The kinder we are to our bodies as they come into alignment, the happier we will be. Let’s come together and tap into the secrets of healthy living. Discover the experience of KaurHealing by booking a yoga or meditation class today.
